Session Three                                              Check The Baggage   Learning to love with an open heart will break down barriers to communication and connection                                        

Session Four                                                                        Ramp Up for Success  The choices we make determine the life we lead.  Identify and develop ways to overcome obstacles to happiness and connectedness through emotional intelligence, attitude and perspective.  We can't always control our circumstances, but we can control how we react to those circumstances.

Session Five                                                                               Dare To Win   Review teachings, discuss next steps to success and wrap up.
