Our platform gives instant access to hundreds of highly qualified Professionals that will help you create the life of your dreams! All our Professionals are screened by our security department. In addition, our FreelanceCoach Payment Protection gives our clients assurance that they pay only for high quality coaching services that help them to achieve their goals and improve their life quality and wellbeing.
Signing Up with FreelanceCoach is very easy, just go to our registration page and select that you want to find a Professional. Enter in your information, and click the “Register!” button.
To join FreelanceCoach.com is absolutely free for our clients. We only charge our Professionals 10 credits to respond to each client's request and a small network fee for selling their packages on our network.
We require your personal information for our client records. Please rest assured that we hold your personal information private, and we will never trade, sell, or share it with any third party.
The sessions are often held by phone or email.
Professionals will often hold their sessions on FreelanceCoach by phone or email. If a Professional you choose is close to you and the Professional accepts the request to meet in person, then you can do that. However, please note that the Professionals on FreelanceCoach are not obliged to meet face-to-face with their clients from FreelanceCoach.
Yes, you can arrange sessions with another Professional outside of FreelanceCoach, but you cannot use the Professionals from FreelanceCoach outside of the website. Meaning you are not allowed to make arrangements to hire a Professional you met on FreelanceCoach outside of FreelanceCoach. If you choose to do so, we will terminate your account with FreelanceCoach.
Simply go to the Professional’s profile, and click on “Contact.”
You and your Professional will determine the frequency of your sessions. You can have them as close or as far apart as you and the Professional you have chosen find necessary.
There are no guarantees that a Professional will be effective for you. If you don’t find that coaching/consulting or mentoring offered by a Professional was effective for you, it might be a good idea to try another Professional.
If you would like to edit your profile information, please login and select “My Profile” option from the “Manage” tab on top menu. You will reach your profile page were you can edit your personal information.
We have provided you an easy link to retrieve your username, located underneath the username box on Sign In page. Click on that link, enter your email address you used to register with us, and you’ll receive an email with your username.
We’ve made it easy for you to request a new password when you’ve forgotten your original one. Simply click on “Forgot your password?” underneath the box where you are supposed to input your password. Enter in the email address you used to register with us with, and you’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
We have the most comprehensive security payment system, the most advanced feedback system combined with carefully chosen Professionals who are constantly monitored by our security department. Customer Satisfaction is the number one priority for us, therefore we are constantly improving our network based on our customers’ needs and wants.
If you already know what kind of Professional you are looking for, you can browse FreelanceCoach’s list of qualified Professionals. If you are not exactly sure which Professional or package you should choose for your need, you can always request a Free Discovery Session with any of our Professionals or post a request describing what your needs are.
Fees vary considerably from Professional to Professional, and usually depend on the Professional's experience, background, and training. Generally speaking, Professionals with more experience and training charge more than beginner Professionals. Most Professionals, however, typically charge within the range of $80 to $200 per hour. Senior Professionals, particularly in the areas of leadership and executive coaching, may charge more; while some less experienced but very energetic and enthusiastic Professionals may charge less.
Not at all! As in our days coaching, consulting or mentoring can be conducted over the phone or the Internet you don’t have to choose a Professional who lives close to you. And because getting the right "fit" is so important in finding the right Professional, we strongly encourage you to find the Professional whose training, experience, and background closely match your specific goals. One of the main advantages of FreelanceCoach is that we have our comprehensive system combined with our feedback system, which makes it possible for you to hire a Professional with minimum risk involved.
Only you will know which Professional is best for you, and we want to make sure you find that person. Use the message system and the free discovery sessions to find out which Professional you feel most comfortable discussing your life goals with.
We review and approve all of the Professionals who sign up to be part of our network. All our Professionals have training or experience in the field they are listed in on our network.
Think about what part of your life you need the most help with right now. If it has to do with love, you might need to look in the relationship and dating coaching category. If you need help with your career, you may want to look in the career coaching, career mentoring or career consulting categories.
Simply click on the Professional’s name to find the profile with detailed information about the Professional you are interested in.
We offer a free discovery session for each Professional, which enables you to speak to each Professional to find out which one you would like to work with the most. Many Professionals specialize in more than one area because life areas interweave. For example, your health has a lot to do with how well you perform at work, so a health Professional may also be a career Professional.
Each Professional’s profile page has a "contact" button that you can use to contact the Professional. Once this button is clicked, a page will open for you to leave a message for your chosen Professional.
You can purchase as many packages as you would like from different Professionals on FreelanceCoach.
We review and approve all of the Professionals on our system and you can rest assured that we selected the best highly qualified Professionals for you. You can also ask a Professional about his or her qualifications.
You can change Professionals, but please note that you might not be entitled to receive a refund for the first package you bought. Also, you will have to pay for the package from the second Professional.
Posting a request is an effective way to find your Professional. It is very easy. Fill the request form and then just wait for the Professionals to contact you. You will choose the Professional you want from the Professionals that responded to your request. Moreover, you can always request a free discovery session from a Professional to make sure that you are choosing the right and best Professional for you.
The title is important to attract the right Professional for your situation. If you need career advice, use a title with “Career Coach” or just “Career” in it. Besides that, you can be as creative as you would like with your title.
This is the section where you can enter the kind help you need, and the type of Professional you are looking for. You can indicate any special needs you have in the description, as well.
After you post a request, it will be sent directly to the FreelanceCach administration team for review. If the request is approved by the FreelanceCoach administration team, the request will be made available to our database of qualified Professionals. If a Professional believes he or she will be able to help you, you will receive a message from the Professional.
After you login to FreelanceCoach, simply click on "Active" folder under the "My Requests" left menu on your Home Interface. You will see all of the currently active requests in your account. To edit a request, click on the Actions drop down menu that will enable you to select edit.
Login to FreelanceCoach. On your Home Interface, under the left menu click on the requests folder. You will find your currently active requests. Select the delete action under the "Actions" drop down list for the request you want to delete.
When a Professional responds to your request, you will receive an email in your FreelanceCoach inbox. At the same time, a notification email will be sent to your personal inbox. This email will have a URL where you can read the Professional’s message. You can decide to reply with a message, or to request a for a discovery session.
The Professional will receive your message, and will reply back with suggestions for the next steps. You can also request a free discovery session from this Professional to find out more about his or her services.
The maximum number of requests a client can publish per day is 3.
To have a Free Discovery Session with a Professional is excellent opportunity to get to know the Professional and to understand how the Professional can help you achieve your goals and make your life more meaningful.
When you find a Professional you think you would like to work with, click on Request Free Discovery Session on the Professional’s profile. You can then complete the message for the Professional, and he or she will contact you with information about a date and time.
Yes, but please rest assured that we keep all your private information confidential. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with a third party.
Let the Professional know you are interested in learning more about his or her packages, and would like to discuss them with him/her in a discovery session. You can also let the Professional know some of the challenges you are having, or what you would like to improve upon in your life.
When you submit your discovery session request form, it is sent to the FreelanceCoach administration team for review in order to make sure it meets the network rules. When the FreelanceCoach administration team approves your request, the Professional will receive an email notifying him/her of your request. The Professional will then send you a message with the next steps.
Typically, the discovery sessions are held by phone. It’s important to know that our Professionals are very busy, so it may take few days before you will able to have your free discovery session.
Professionals determine the duration of a discovery session, but they will not be less than 15 minutes.
You can have an unlimited number of free discovery sessions as long as you have them with different Professionals. Please note that there is a daily limit of 5 discovery session requests per day. Also, a client can only request another Free Discovery Session for the same Professional after 3 days.
You will receive an email to notify you a Professional has responded to your discovery session request, and then you may respond with confirmation from the FreelanceCoach site.
If you decide to buy a package from the Professional after the discovery session, you can go into the Professional’s profile, and then click on “My Packages” to see the different packages the Professional has available. Click on the package you’d like to purchase, and proceed with payment.
If you decide not to buy a package from the Professional after the discovery session, that is perfectly okay. You are not obliged to purchase a package at any time.
If you have more questions after a discovery session, you can send a message to the Professional.
The kind of Professional you choose (life coach, career coach, business consultant, career mentoretc.) depends on your specific goals. Before you choose a Professional we encourage you to see the Professional’s feedback history to see what his/her clients are saying about him.
Click on the Professional’s name in our database. On the right side of the profile you will see “My Packages.” Click on this to see his available packages.
No, the packages are designed by the Professionals themselves. This is what makes each Professional unique, the more reason they will be able to satisfy our clients’ different needs.

Each package indicates how long the service will last.
You have a certain number of opt out days to decide to cancel your package. The opt out days differ from one package to another.
Simply click on the package you are interested in purchasing. You will then see the price of the package, and a PayPal button to click on, so you can securely make your payment.
Once you bought a package, all the tools you need to manage your bought packages effectively are available through the FreelanceCoach Online Client Home Interface. Once you are login to FreelanceCoach you will see on your home page the list of packages purchased. Each package has a on the right an “Actions” menu that will help you to manage your packages.
Communicate frequently with our Professionals using our internal email system. All messages are documented and archived for future reference. Upload and share large documents and images with our email system.
Once you post your requests, all the tools you need to manage your requests are available through the FreelanceCoach Online Client Home Interface. You just need to Login and click on the request folders located on the left “My Requests” folder menu.
Each of the packages offered on FreelanceCoach will have opt out days. The minimum for opt out days is 5 days. Our Professionals on FreelanceCoach can choose to have more opt out days to make our clients confident to buy more of their packages. Within these specified opt out days a FreelanceCoach Client can ask to receive a full refund for the packages he or she bought. It is important to mention that FreelanceCoach will hold the money a client paid for a package, for the entire period of opt out days the Professional entered for each package. After the specified number of opt out days in the package, we will transfer the money to the account of the Professional. Even if the opt out dates are over, we at FreelanceCoach and our team will always do our best to help solve any of your issues in good faith. However, the money will already be remitted to the Professional after the specified opt out days in the package, so refunding the money goes beyond our control.
Yes, it is. Basically, within the opt out days specified in a particular packages, FreelanceCoach will hold your payment and will automatically release it only after specified amount of opt out days.
All FreelanceCoach packages with “Working Status” and within opt out days specified in a particular package are eligible for the FreelanceCoach Protection. However, the Client account must be in good standing with FreelanceCoach to be eligible for protection.
At this time, we only accept payment through PayPal. Note: it is a violation of FreelanceCoach terms to pay a Professional directly using PayPal. In the very near feature, we will also accept credit cards payments. Clients will be able to pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card for FreelanceCoach services.
Leaving feedback is an important part of FreelanceCoach. Professionals build a reputation of client satisfaction and clients build a history of consistent hiring and payment. These serve as references for both parties when evaluating whom to work with in the future. Only past clients of a Professional can leave feedback on FreelanceCoach, so you can be confident that the history of comments and ratings are from legitimate experiences of other FreelanceCoach members.
A client can leave feedback right after a he/she has purchased a package.
To leave feedback for your Professional, please log in to FreelanceCoach Client Interface and click on the Action Menu of the package you want to leave a feedback for. Our feedback system allows our clients to rate our Professionals using four parameters: a) Quality b) Effectiveness c) Cost d) Schedule. In addition, we give our customers the opportunity to leave comments for a Professional. These comments will be part of client feedback and will appear on the profile of the Professional.
No, once you leave feedback for a Professional, you cannot change it.
No, this will be a violation of the rules of FreelanceCoach and we will close your account immediately. FreelanceCoach Payment System is the best way to pay your Professional and it is FREE.
A client profile cannot contain any of the following: • Any contact details (example: non-FreelanceCoach website URL, email address) outside of the designated areas • Offers to make payments outside of the FreelanceCoach Payment System • Any text that is copied from another member’s profile • Reference to another member's name or logo in a way that misleads or falsely implies a relationship with that member.

Yes, in order to keep our network secure and gain our clients’ trust we have our own application and verification process. First, every Professional needs to register and then one of our staff members will contact you by email or by phone.
We currently accept applications from all the countries.
Every Professional listed on our network can choose up to 3 professional categories. If you have more professional skills and you feel that your profile would fit under more categories, we recommend you to choose the most appropriate categories. For example, if you are a Coach and you offer sessions for losing weight, life coaching and relationship coaching you can list yourself under all these categories: Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching and Relationship Coaching. The same applies for consultants and mentors.
As a Professional, you cannot display on your public pages your contact information. In addition, using your email address as your FreelanceCoach username is not acceptable. The first communication between you and your FreelanceCoach client must be initiated by using our communication tools. We have an internal email system that can support your communication with your clients. Failure to comply with FreelanceCoach rules will result in the immediate termination of your account.

No, you do not need to be certified as a Professional. You do need to have experience as a Professional, however.
You should have experience in the category that you’ve listed yourself in as a FreelanceCoach Member.
First, you need to register at FreelanceCoach. Within 24 hours, a FreelanceCoach representative will contact you to discuss your registration. We are doing our best to make this process as simple and as fast as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays.
FreelanceCoach has three ways of helping you get more clients.
In addition, we have special people at FreelanceCoach who are there to help Professionals in our network to present themselves in the best way possible and to achieve the highest feedback score.
First, you need to edit your profile to make sure it looks professional. Second, you publish your packages. Third, you need to browse our customers’ requests and respond to the ones you feel that will be a good match with your professional skills.
You can contact new clients by responding to their requests posted on our network. After you register on our network, you will see a link called "Search clients by requests" on your home page on the top menu, If you click on the link, you will be transferred to a page containing all the active requests. You will be able to respond to requests only after your FreelanceCoach profile is approved.
For your existing and previous clients on FreelanceCoach, you will always be able to contact them by email using our internal emailing system.
When a client wants to have Professionals contact him/her, instead of contacting Professionals, he/she have to complete a free request. This request will include information about what the client wants to improve in his/her life or the expectations he/she has from the services offered on FreelanceCoach.com.
One of the great features of our network is that our clients can post their own anonymous requests. This is the perfect opportunity for the qualified Professional to introduce his or her services to a client. Our Professionals achieve tremendous success by responding to clients’ requests.
We respect our clients’ privacy. The Professional can only respond once to a particular request posted by a client.
Free discovery sessions are free introductory sessions so clients can get to know a Professional before deciding to purchase a package. It is also an excellent time for a Professional to figure out if he/she will be able to help a client. When a client requests a free discovery session from you, he/she is expecting at least 15 minutes of your time to discuss his/her needs and find out how you can help him/her.
After the discovery session, the client can decide if he/she wants to purchase one of your packages.
It’s up to you whether or not you want to answer his messages after the free discovery session.
Any client can request a free discovery session from any Professional on our network. We always encourage our Professionals to respond to every request as soon as they can. These are your potential clients and you need to serve him/her as soon as possible. Our staff members are constantly watching your response time for requests and we do our best to support high performance Professionals in this respect.
Logon to FreelanceCoach. On your home page, you can click on the top tab for “Create My Packages.” This will bring up a screen that will allow you to fill in the information for each of your packages.
The packages are unique for each Professional. You can include the number of sessions for the package, what the package will focus on, how long each session will last, and any other relevant information you think would be beneficial to the client.
Just like your business, the charge for your package is entirely up to you. Typically, Professionals base their charge on their experience on the topic.
On your FreelanceCoach Professional interface, click on My Packages left menu. Go to "Active" folder. You will see a bolded blue Actions link on the right hand side of each of your packages. Mouse over the actions link, and a drop down menu will appear that will allow you to edit your package.
You can decide either to edit an existing package that you have published or create a new package especially for this client. Both options are available to you.
Opt Out Days are days wherein a FreelanceCoach Client can ask to receive a full refund of the package a Client bought. The minimum number of Opt Out Days is one, but you can change it to more days if you like. Keep in mind that you will not see the cost of the package deposited into your account until after the Opt Out Days for the package have passed.
We need to complete the application and verification process before we can display your profile and packages on our search results. One of our staff members will contact you within 24 hours after registration to discuss the next steps.
All the tools for managing your active and sold packages are available through the FreelanceCoach Online Professional Home Interface under “My Packages” left menu.
You need to contact you client ASAP to arrange time with him/her for your sessions. The customer expects to hear from you very shortly after he/she bought your FreelanceCoach package. You can contact the client that bought the package from you by simply clicking on the "Reply" button from the notification email telling you that your package was sold, sent to you on FreelanceCoach.com.
You should always try to solve a problem with your client by yourself first. According to the rules of our network, if a client decided to cancel his packages within the opt out days specified in the package, he has all the rights to do it. FreelanceCoach must refund the payment in this case. However, if a client decided to cancel his packages outside the opt out days specified in the package, you, as Professional should make the decision. We cannot force you to refund your client’s money, but please remember that a client can still leave a feedback even if a package has been cancelled. Your feedback score is a big factor on the number of clients you will get in the future.
In order to get paid, a Professional must choose his payment methods in his Professional home interface. The present best way to get paid is through PayPal, but we will also have alternative ways of payment soon. Please, contact us for more details.
Nothing. We just hold your money and will transfer it to you right after the Opt Out Days specified in package you sold. Please see our FreelanceCoach Payment Protection policy.

A Professional can leave feedback right after a client has purchased a package.
To leave feedback for your client, please log in to the FreelanceCoach Professional interface and click an action menu for the package you want to leave a feedback for.
The Site Administration will consider removing feedback in very rare circumstances. Please, contact the site administration for details.
Client confidentiality and privacy is our highest priority at FreelanceCoach. A Professional must keep all the info about the clients he is working with safe and confidential. The Professional must provide only valid info about himself/herself. We will never share your personal information with anyone. We recommend that you also do not share your personal information on your profile or with the clients you are working with.
You need to contact our site administration ASAP by using the Vacation and Unavailability Request Form. You can locate this form by clicking the "manage" tab from top menu. Our Site Administration will temporarily take you out of our search results, so you will only need to manage your current clients. We will put you back on our search results on the specific date you tell us when you will be available again.
You will need to fill up a short report violation form which will be sent directly to our security department. We take any offence or violation of our FreelanceCoach Network rules very seriously. The "Violation"form can be located in the bottom menu.

No, this violates FreelanceCoach's rules. All clients you meet through FreelanceCoach must be handled on FreelanceCoach. This means that if you find a client on FreelanceCoach, you need to sell your packages (Services) through FreelanceCoach. We do not appreciate it when a Professional is guiding a client to buy his sessions (packages) from his personal website. We will monitor our Professionals' activity on FreelanceCoach and if we find a Professional that violates FreelanceCoach’s rules, we will terminate his FreelanceCoach account immediately.
Do not accept money, or perform services with a FreelanceCoach client outside of FreelanceCoach. Please report the client to us, as contacting a Professional outside of our network is a violation of FreelanceCoach rules.
Yes, feel free to post a link to your FreelanceCoach profile, so you can use our system to handle your clients. You will be build in this way a strong reputation on FreelanceCoach.com and therefore more clients will come to you.
No, you cannot use your email address as username on FreelanceCoach. Our representatives will contact you right after the registration and will advise you to change your username.
In order to speed up your registration process, we advise you to choose a username that represents you the best.
After a Professional responds to a request, the response will be reviewed by one of FreelanceCoach's representatives. If the response complies with our rules, the response will be approved. Once the response is approved, a notification email will be sent to the client notifying him that he has received a response to his request. In this notification email to the client, there are a few links included:
- one link to the Professional’s profile. In this way the client can check right away the profile of the Professional who responded to his request.
- one link allowing him to respond immediately to the Professional
At the same time, the Professional will receive a notification email indicating that his response had been sent to the client.
* Disclaimer. Please note that the notification emails are sent and received only after the response is approved by FreelanceCoach. We are doing our best to review and approve all the Professionals' responses right away. However, due to the high volume of responses it might take a couple of hours until your requests’ responses will be approved. Thank you for your understanding!
After the sessions in a package are completed, the professional needs to mark the package as completed.
If the client wants to continue the process using the same package he used, he will have to buy the package again.
To mark a package as completed the professional must follow these steps:

Before the credits system was implemented, we found that many coaches were often responding to every request posted, without making sure they are a good fit for the client. The credit system is intended to limit coaches who respond to a request. In this way the professional and client have better chances to find a good fit for each other.
You can buy as many credits as you like as they are not expiring. There are several packages from which you can choose. The credit packages start at 20 credits/package ($15.99/20 credits) up to 1000 credits/package ($399/1,000 credits).
