This package includes five, forty five minutes sessions and involves identifying your particular challenge and developing a strategy to overcome it with a focused and individualized plan that is reasonable and achievable. 

SESSION OUTLINE

• Discovery Session - Evaluate and identify strengths and weaknesses.  Develop an idea of what a successful outcome looks like for you.  Goal Setting. 
• Ready, Set, Go For Success - Get into the right mindset for success. 
• Check The Baggage - Improve communication, trust levels, connectedness and increase the potential for success.  This session helps you get to an open, fresh place without bitterness and resentment.
• Attitude Determines Our Altitude - We can not control what happens to us, but we can control how we resond.  This session strengthens emotional intelligence.
• Dare To Win - Winning strategies to move forward are reviewed and wrap-up session.
