A 'pick me up' session includes:

• Total commitment towards your well-being and success mins
• 30 minutes per session - face to face or online
• 100% commitment from your end to action and apply what you learn

I only work with a couple of clients per day which means that when you're working with me you’ll have my unwavering focus and dedication in helping you succeed.  I believe operating this way, improves our client / coach relationship and makes you feel 100% satisfied with your choice of me being your Life Coach.

Now, I realize that I offer a wide range of packages and if you are uncertain which one is best for you – please write in to me or we can discuss it as part of your discovery session – which is absolutely free.

Please Note: Life coaching is available face to face and via email, Yahoo Messenger and Skype. I am based out of Dallas, Texas and if you are out of this area and still want a face to face consultation then you would be responsible for travel and accommodations.
