When we use the term "unstoppable" we're not referring to someone who runs over everyone in their path. We mean it in the most positive sense of the word. Being unstoppable is an extraordinary way to live your life, professionally and personally. It means you're committed at a level that most others are not playing at.
Being unstoppable will have you standing out in the crowd and opportunities for success are endless for you. Not everyone can be the chosen one when it comes time to promote the next manager.
Since ordinary people do extraordinary things and this is what makes them extraordinary, what are you doing that puts you in the league?
As an executive coach I'm hired either by a company or an individual. Sometimes, frankly, a company may have a mid to high-level manager that is negatively affecting the culture or overall performance in the company. Perhaps the team that the executive is responsible for is "complaining" about the lack of people skills their manager or VP has and the leader has to admit it's time to take care of the "problem child" in their company.
Other times, an executive wants to improve their performance because they feel they need that promotion or they genuinely want to improve their leadership skills, so they come to us on their own.
Either way, the approach to executive coaching is the same, to improve individual leadership performance.
In an ever growing competitive world, executive coaching is a sound solution that is taking the business world by storm. If you are not already convinced based on word-of-mouth, we invite you to do your homework on the amazing benefits coaching will have on your personal and professional life.
The key to experiencing real value with your coach is to be clear what you're looking for in the qualities and qualifications and stick to your guns. However, let it be said, that no coach is so good that you get to sit back in your chair and breathe in the wonderment of it all, then magically awaken as a new and improved executive leader.
To succeed at your goal to be the #1 executive in your company, you will definitely need to take the coaching and if it's not uncomfortable at times, then your coach is not doing his or her job.
To accomplish massive growth professionally and personally is never easy. But, it is simple.
The question to ask your self is, "How bad do I want that promotion?"
One poorly performing executive can cost a company a small or even large fortune. That's how valuable an executive can be. Don't fool yourself or limit the worth your position has- because someone else won't and they may end up with your job.
Perhaps that's the bad news. However, the good news is we can guarantee that if you're committed to growth and you're willing to take the coaching, you will be amazed at what an asset you'll end up to be.
Well isn't this good news? All we've got to do is boost that confidence of yours and you'll be worth millions! Not exactly, but it is a big part of it. You see, that egotistical jerk in your company, well he or she really needs help because they lack confidence.
They may even have some personal issues or personality issues affecting their job. This tends to be the case more often than not.
Lack of self-awareness is a big problem. It seeps into all areas of a person's life. All of the lectures in the world about keeping one's personal and professional life separate won't make it so. People are people at home and at work. Turning it off and on is like being a two-headed monster.
Growing Your Leadership Team
The need for confidence is a big deal because without confidence it’s difficult to get behaviours to stick. But, if we can get to the heart of the matter, instead of using a bandage, anything is impossible.
Not every coach is equipped to deal with professionals at this level, but we are. In fact, this is our expertise. This is the very thing that sets us apart. We live for the “impossible” person because we know underneath there’s a person that could benefit greatly from coaching.
Our methodology is to speak with boldness and inspiration, always with intention, never with judgment. We strive for complete integrity and we coach with honour. It is our passion to coach leaders and their teams to prosper like never before in their businesses and lives.
Our job is to create breakthroughs for you as a leader. But, breakthroughs are only valuable if they cause real change that sticks. Proudly since 2006 we’ve been committed to this vision of causing transformation for businesses and leaders.
It’s natural to want to understand the coaching process and we want you to be excited about the coaching relationship.
The goal of an executive coach is to get you to perform at maximum and then to take it up a notch. If you want to be the “shining star” in your company then we have a lot of work to do because the competition is heavy. Your coach will get to know you at a very deep level, perhaps deeper than anyone you know. Furthermore, it’s important you and your coach are a good match.
Did you ever have a great coach that to this day you still admire because they never let you play small? If you did then you have an idea of what the coaching process will look like. Sometimes it’s glorious, sometimes it’s grueling, but it’s always worth it.
There are a few areas where executives tend to struggle far above the rest. The following are the areas they need the most help:
• Leadership
• Improving relationships
• Self-awareness
• Verbal and non-verbal communications
• Listening skills
• Increasing confidence
• Team building
• Acknowledgement of others
• Holding the team accountable
• Time management
• Appropriately dealing with stress
• Unresolved personal issues
• Coaching skills for managers
Believe it or not, most people are not very coachable.
The truth is, the degree to which you will see results in the coaching relationship is the degree to which you are willing to be coachable. You and I both know a gold medalist didn’t get there because they were born with a natural ability far above everyone else. They got there because they had a great coach, remained completely coachable and kept their mind on the goal.
So, the question is, "How coachable are you?”
Level 1: Not Coachable (this is where the coachee only takes direction from their own voice in their head)
Level 2: Selectively Coachable (the coachee only takes direction from the coach if they agree with them)
Level 3: Reluctantly Coachable (the coachee takes direction but doubts the coach’s sincerity)
Level 4: Completely Coachable (the coachee takes direction & believes that the coach has their best interest at heart)
Typically we will meet with our clients in person once to twice per week or over the phone depending on the location of the coach and client. We utilize video and phone conferencing and email as well. In a nutshell, we are there to meet the needs of our clients and we are flexible in the way that occurs. Our success rate with our client is not determined by the communication avenue we use, but rather the consistent commitment to the client’s success.
If you become a client you will notice a consistent style of communication we use. This communication is unique to our methodology and produces and sustains transformation in a business and leader. It is the backbone of our long time 20 year proven methodology.
Reality is we create our results in our business and our life based on our words. We believe in the magic and power of words and if you aren’t a believer you will become one.
Our Philosophy is that anything is possible regardless of how impossible things may seem. People desire to be great, but have self-imposed limitations that keep goals and dreams from becoming a reality.
These limitations are the areas that require the most attention in coaching to turn things around and create a leader’s capacity to be great.
Our job is to teach leaders and their teams what being extraordinary looks and feels like and to distinguish for them when they’re behaving in an “ordinary fashion.”
We offer a full guarantee to our clients. The Executive Coaching Agreement is a 12 month agreement, however, at any time a client may discontinue the coaching relationship with a 30-Day notice. Clients should understand that to undo bad habits and develop new ones is not an overnight task.
Freelancecoach will hold your funds for 7 business day(s) before they will be released to the professional.
