This is a three session, one hour per session, weekly process. During these three sessions which are conducted over the telephone or skype, Dr. davidson would assist the client business owner create a functional business structure for his/her business.

Every small to medium sized business must have a clear functional structure and within this functional organization each individual must have a clear and concise job description with detailed procedure and protocols that they must follow. In this way the efficiency of the organization will be assured and in case there is any turn-over in the employees, the organization does not fall apart. Further, if there is ever a problem that has been identified, by following a clearly perfected and predetermined procedure & protocol system; the management can trouble shoot and identify exactly as to where in the process and by whom the problem has been created. Then you can decide if it is a human error issue that caused the problem or it was the procedure & protocols that were faulty and maybe in need of correction. In case of the latter, by changing the procedure & protocols, the future problems can be avoided.
