Academic Consultant

• Support in training courses given to executives of leading companies in topics such as: Leadership, High Performance Team Integration, Effective Communication, Creativity, Accelerated Learning Courses in Languages, among others, based on Neuro Linguistic Programming.
• Creation of databases, search of top executives interested in the courses, and closing of same.
• Preparation of a customer contact portfolio and sales follow up.
• Creation of programs for training courses and business Coaching.
• Design of invitations for courses, course promotion and control of assistance confirmations.
• Logistics and supervision of events.
• Preparation of presentations, manuals and other materials required for each training and human development course.
• Implementation and use of the Horsepower Survey system, a work environment and motivation measurement tool whose objective is to create a satisfactory work environment in which employees feel the desire to do, create, collaborate and accomplish goals in their everyday activities, as well as to obtain a continuous improvement, development, retention and motivation of talent in the companies themselves.
