Coach Biography:

Life is for living,

and I have done just that!  

My experiences include...................

  • Chronic ill-health, domestic abuse, mental health illness, close to death experiences
  • Relocating often at least every 2 yrs 'til my early 30s
  • Bullying at school and work, racism
  • Marriage, divorce, engagements, break-ups, family estrangement and togetherness
  • University, career changes, extensive foreign travel, working abroad
  • Forgiveness, love, friendship, spirituality, and hopefully loads more to come!!!

I have lived in Paris, Libya, Middle East, Malaysia and Canada.  I have worked as a Project Manager, Law Enforcement Investigator and so many temp jobs from car cleaning, care work, Avon lady, café assistant, gardener and so on!!  I have been wealthy and poor.

With such a diversity of life experiences and a natural empathy, people often open up to me, instinctively trusting that I am interested, I care and I feel them.  

I have evolved through all the turmoil and adventures of the pasts, and continue to do so today.  Proactive self-development is now a habit.  I am happy as I am, accepting that we are all that we can be in any given moment. I like myself and I have faults.  Part of being human is constant growth, and nowadays I choose to grow purposefully.

I value freedom, connection, simplicity, authenticity and honesty.  I believe we are all equally magnificent individuals.  Often, our past experiences lead us to believe or act as if we are less than magnificent.  Which we use as further evidence that we are not good enough….

My drive as a Personal Fulfillment Coach comes from a genuine desire to;

·         identify your true needs to live a fulfilling life, 
·         unlock your innate courage to decide to make the most out of this life, and
