Experience

My coaching experience is varied on subject matter but with common themes emerging!!


I have worked with people to:



  • change lifestyle and thought habits

  • build their self-employed businesses

  • decide new career paths

  • identify what they really want!

  • get some clarity of mind and prioritise when they feel overwhelmed

  • tackle procrastination

  • increase self-confidence


Common themes I see are lack of confidence, trying to do everything!, getting overwhelmed by the big picture, procrastination due to perfectionism or trying to do something inconsistent with one's core values, inability to commit to a decision, setting unrealistic expectations and feeling like a failure if they don't come about.

I believe life is short and unpredictable so we gotta make the most out of it while we can.  Living life to the full on your terms.  there is no one definition of living life to the full, but you know yourself whether what you are doing is really  enough for you!
