 Team leader, The Cornerstone Program (2000-2011)

Management and leadership of staff members in an intensive treatmentprogram that sought to modify client behaviors through daily coaching.  Utilized behavior modification, conflict management and skills building techniques.  Facilitated trainings of both clients and staff.  Worked with professionals from multiple disciplines to design, implement and evaluate various programs.
