1/11 to 1/12                 Vice President of Field Development

                                    Miche Bag LLC,           Salt Lake City, Utah  

Hired to help convert a Purse company Distributor model into a Party Plan model. Helped build their foundation for growth by developing the initial training materials, events calendar, and building and managing a training and coaching staff utilizing a train-the-trainer approach. Miche successfully converted 15,000 Representatives into the new Party Plan model over the course of one year. 

 

2010-2011                   Director of Sales and Field Development

Brought aboard to launch a start-up, Brazilian owned fitness clothing company in the US. Developed a national sales and recruiting strategy.  Produced training programs, training guide and business tools. Refocused the field development department toward goal setting and achievement. Shifted the department from a counseling center, to a sales management environment.  Personally identified and oversaw the field development relationship with the company’s highest potential leaders. Coordinated the rollout of a dramatic new compensation plan which expanded the field force mandate from personal production to recruiting, team building and organization development. This included a quick-start program for new consultants and a car program for high producers. Represented the company as a manager at national events and as a host at regional events and incentive trips. Participated in management meetings to formulate and design new programs and communicate the programs to the field.  Traveled 50 percent of the time.

Conceptionalized an integrated training concept and developed comprehensive training manual.  Responsible for curriculum development including seminar training content at national convention and at CookieUniversity, the CookieLeeSchool for Life and Business. Developed and rolled out New Consultant Training module and Early Leadership Training module, each taught monthly in cities throughout the US.  Developed Unit Meeting Toolkit, an online turn-key training agenda and lesson plan.
