With an MBA and a doctorate degree in business administration and several other doctorate and other degrees along with years of hands-on business management and leadership experience (you can find my CV by following the tab above--It will blow your mind)!, I am not just a Master Coach (Coach to Coaches) but more importantly I am a teacher, a supporter and a giver at heart. I am not interested in impressing you; but I am here to impress upon you that you are able to have all that you envision for yourself and I can help you achieve the results you want.

I started from the bottom with absolutely no money, lived through the growing-pain stages of business development, wrestling each problem, resolving it through trial and error, and experienced years of business leadership; starting from zero eventually building a very successful multi-million dollar business. I kept reading all the books that I could get my hands on from all of the leaders in business. All along-side everything else I have done in life, I have been a Mentor and coach for decades. I love to teach as much as I love to learn. I love to share and help others; and witness those I coach prosper. I want to have those I care about succeed and do well. Pure and simple. You get straight-talk, knowledge and experience from me, not fluff.

A business is like a ship. You as the owner are the captain of that ship. We understand that business owners wish to have results that are of significance to them and are measurable; so we do not just follow a checklist as many consulting firms may. We customize our strategy specifically to each client. Initially our strategy is to focus our approach to that which the business/client indicates to be the major issue at hand. It is in essence trouble-shooting the ship so that it does not sink and in fact starts to function appropriately. We are very result oriented in our activities, procedures and operations.  

Once the business has stabilized however, we focus our attention on "AUTOMATIZATION". 

Automatization is a phrase that I have coined to describe my approach to business optimization. In short it is creating a business that is driven by systems; procedures, technology and the business runs like a lubed machine generating money; which is exactly what a business is supposed to do without the owner's around-the-clock babysitting or hand-holding. In order to "automatize" your business so that it starts making you money and gives you freedom to live a quality balanced life that you desire, our initial step is to stay focused on the money. 

Step One: We follow the money with the owners and our goal is always to increase the profitability of the company while we streamline its financial operations. We review and enhance the financial tracking systems and create a very reliable financial system that would possess the indicators necessary to identify the impending problems very early and help navigate the business through its next stages of growth and development.



Step Two: We recognize that every small or medium sized business must have a clear functional structure. Within this functional organization each individual must have a clear and concise job description with detailed procedure and protocols. In this way, the efficiency of the organization will be assured and in case there is any turn-over in the employees, the organization does not fall apart. Further, by following a clearly perfected and predetermined procedure and protocol; the management can trouble shoot and identify exactly as to where the problem has been created and by changing the procedure and protocols, the future problems can be avoided. 

Once we have identified and defined the specific functional units of the organization and completed the development of the independently functioning organizational structure, we then focus on the management team. 


Step Three: We make sure that the management team receives adequate training so that each member has clear understanding of the required management skills to enhance the functioning of the organization. 
Specifically, we identify the right indicators for management to utilize. The purpose of these indicators is that before a major noticeable or irreversible problem is discovered; the management team possesses the visibility to navigate the business in such way as to prevent these problems to begin with. Additionally, no decision should be made without clear understanding of these indicators, the P&L and the financial statements. 
It is extremely important that the management team do everything in the business according to these indicators as well as the P&L & financial statements being able to report this information back to the owner.  Once the operating management are able to navigate the business without constant reliance on the presence of the owner of the company, only then you can be proud to own a profitable, automated business that allows you the freedom to enjoy a quality, balanced life you deserve.

The key to life is to learn to create balance. No decision should be made without clear understanding of the P&L and the financial statements.
