Shamara has maintained a successful career track in business, marketing, education and leadership for over 13 years. Shamara pioneered and led teams within such organizations as Good News Communications and Farmer's Financial Services as the Director of Sales & Marketing in Tucson, Arizona. As the Dental Program Director for Pima Medical Institute Shamara increased enrollment by 67% and maintained 98% retention rate, while maintaining a 2 million dollar program budget. Shamara was awarded teacher of the year in 2003 as well as Peak Performer in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.

In 2004 Shamara Founded Pressed Oil Ministries a Christian Training and Empowerment Center and established herself as a leading business woman within the Tucson Community working closely Tucson most influential business coaches. Shamara is the COO of Horace Security Services LLC with her husband and Proprietor of Shamara Cox Coaching and Consulting LLC formerly ICS Coaching based in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Shamara has coached literal hundreds of small business owners and helped to build over 20 small businesses not including her own three companies. Shamara is a wife, a mother of three, mentor, trainer, solutions and strategist coach and motivational speaker.
