Experience

Before becoming a Certified Professional Coach I had already been coaching for a few years. I knew coaching was for me because I would have strangers talk to me about the most personal things and by the end of the conversation they would have a sense of direction and feel better about things.


My experience has been taught by living life. People go through so many things in different times of their lives and often times those closest to them can't relate so they feel like they don't have the support they need. As a 'professional friend' I have the ability to listen to you with a open heart and mind from an unbiased perspective. 


I think people have been able to see my heart through my smile and they know that I really care about them. I also have the pleasure of adding Reiki to my practice. Which can help people to feel better on a deeper level.
