Welcome to my profile. Coaching is my calling. I call my coaching Optimal Vision because I was able to turn my adversity into my university. I grew up with a visual impairment, being very nearsighted it was difficult to see especially in school. I came to realize later that while this made it difficult to see outwardly, I was able to better develop my inner vision. At 33 years of age I had a second eye surgery that completed the shift from being nearsighted to farsighted and being able to see 20/20 for the first time in my life. I have also overcome two open heart surgeries. These events led me to want to help others to see what is keeping them from being their best. I shifted my perspective and refocused my life by viewing everything I had been through as training that has helped me to help others create their Optimal Vsion for work and life.
