Norma Reid

Norma has been coaching since receiving certification as an Executive Coach in 2003. She has been empowering women to live their best life her entire career. Caring, compassionate, and high energy, she has a gentle way of challenging people to take the next steps in their life. Her 22 year career managing 3 programs in the social services sector areas- income assistance, family maintenance and child care- plus experience teaching soft skills at a community college, and facilitating programs for people unemployed or underemployed enables her to develop a deep level of trust and rapport, so people can speak their truth, be validated and move on from surviving to thriving. She has over a thousand hours of coaching behind her, many from contract coaching for Peak Potentials Training. She was also the Motivation expert and moderator of the Addiction Recovery board for a large internet based company.

Having been through abusive relationships-  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual- her passion is helping people in mid-life who have been affected by toxic relationships reclaim their lives, reconnect with their  beauty, and live authentically and powerfully, filled with worth, joy, health and wealth.
