As an executive, career, leadership & business coach, I have coached senior corporate and divisional leaders, up to the CEO level for 20+ years. I have also created and facilitated customized business retreats, workshops and seminars for corporate professionals. I assist up-and-coming entrepreneurs to translate ideas into results. I have also provided Human Resource support in a leadership capacity, including leadership development, facilitation services, organization design and helped create a corporate culture that is beneficial to all concerned.

My coaching skills development is through my diverse professional experience and by continuing  my coaching education from ICF accredited programs through Coach University.
