I was certified as a Professional Coach by the Hudson Institutue of Santa Barbara in 2005.  I've also completed the coaching curriculum through the Coaches Training Institute in 2008.  I've served on the board of directors for both the Urban League and Multi-Cultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA).  Since 2005, I've been a member of International Coach Federation (ICF).  I've also been an active member of SHRM since 2000.
