Sandy holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and the Adler Trained Coach designation from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto. Sandy received additional training through the University of Toronto's Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Applied Mindfulness Meditation in Psychotherapy. Aside from her deep interest in counselling and coaching, Sandy holds her certificate in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, and is a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business.
