As a transformational coach, I show people how to position themselves for lifestyle improvement. Change is not easy, but it is possible. My methods are direct. Effective exercises for habit change, processes for positive change, exercises in self develpoment, and meditations (active and inactive). One can expect immediate results if you show up and do the work. It's not for everybody, though. Only those who are done with the same old thing, and ready to commit, will make successful changes.

The first 37 years of my life were spent playing the victim. Alcohol, drugs, physically and emotionally abused child, Hurricane Katrina Survivor, ADD, Bipolar- All true- but I knew I was better than those labels. If other people were doing so well, there had to be a way for me.

I worked with four counselors from age 24-32. I never improved in the least with any of them. I am not knocking them, the industry, or its work. It just did not work for me. I got worse every year, spiraling into constant drinking and drug use. Blaming outside forces for all of my issues and ailments.

Finally, at the age of 37, I decided to make a change. No more victim- only Victor. I met a great coach. With his help and mentoring, I turned things completely around. I have been paying it forward ever since. What a feeling.

My current philosophy is simple. Think of daily life as being played on a football field. The End Zone is your Comfort Zone. Got it? Okay, if the End Zone is your Comfort Zone, and the field is one of Active Experience, where is the game played? Is it in the Comfort Zone, or the field of Active Experience? The point is simple. If you reside in the comfort zone, you are not living. Only existing.

I only work with people that resonate with me. Someone who has seen the harsher side of life, but believes there is something better. There is something better, believe me. And you can achieve it as I have. One step at a time.
