I received Mario' support over a period of four years in a major financial institution. Improving the performance of units under my responsibility during this period was remarkable. Indeed, this support has enabled me to establish myself within the organization as an agent of change, and today I practice my learning in my everyday instinct. I am very grateful to Mario for his patience, listening and especially his passion.
Mario's listening and coaching allowed me to disassociate myself from the daily worries temporarily to help identify major concerns and identify myself with the solutions. The end result was frequently the development of a a simple and rigorous approach, along with an effective communications strategy.

I have been mandated to repatriate the operations of London Life and Prudential in Montreal.
Despite having already significant experience in insurance and management, I had never started an organization.
Mario helped me get organized, structured in every step of the start-up of this new service. He helped me set goals both short and long term. He also helped develop tools to allow us to assess our goals and identify development needs of staff. Given management is often isolated, Mario's help, as a coach, has allowed me to express my anguish, my problems, breath a bit, and helped me find ways to solve my issues.
