My goals upon starting the 3-month program were to quit eating chips, eat more veggies and fruit and to lose weight. Lue was able to show me healthy foods and different ways to cook. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the programs is I am not eating half as much chips or processed foods. I am not craving salty and sweet foods!
Lue is a caring person and a real good listener. It was a real help to have someone listen to my problems and give positive feedback on managing stress.
