Life Purpose Coaching will support you to define your own personal mission statement and achieve your goals.

Project Life Coaching is specific to an event or project. If you’re preparing for a job interview, de-cluttering your home, or trying to get up the courage to take that international trip you’ve been too scared to book, Alexander can help you identify what’s holding you back so that you’re free to succeed more than you thought possible.

With all services, Alexander’s goal is to instill confidence, knowledge, and ability in clients in order to enable them to independently solve future problems and manage stress without his support.Unlike other practitioners, Alexander’s goal is for you to no longer need him!

Alexander invests a great deal of time and focus to change habits and transform client behaviors. The number of sessions is determined by you and how focused you are on identifying and meeting goals. All clients experience growth in just one 30 to 45 minute session with most requiring between three and eight total sessions. Time, dedication, and hard work will allow you to become your own life coach.

Alexander offers an unprecedented level of client service with e-mail support at no additional charge until the completion of coaching services. Long-term check-ins are also offered as a way to maintain the caring connection and motivation gained during services.

Life Coaching Sessions

In-Person Sessions: In-Person Life Coaching Sessions are provided in a private, comfortable space at Alexander’s Manhattan office. In addition, Alexander provides walking or seatedsessions in nature where some clients benefit from a connection to and freedom within the outdoors.

Telephone Sessions/Video Conference (Skype) Sessions: Productive coaching sessions can be conducted on the telephone or via skype from the comfort of your own home. These can be scheduled at your convenience and around existing life commitments.

Clients of Alexander Silva are treated with confidentiality. Information about a client or coaching sessions is never released without written permission unless determined by law. Your privacy is of the utmost importance.
