Experience

An engineering manager in both the public and private sector, James Abron developed competency in coaching to better motivate his staff to higher levels of performance. 


He has been providing career coaching since the 1990's. James formally established a professional development program for engineers, architects, and technicians at the City of Oakland, California.  James soon recognized the need to develop a Leadership Academy to prepare the next level for promotion as the baby boomers transitioned out the workforce.


Now, James provides career, life and conflict coaching to a diverse audience of working professionals.  James is available seven days a week.
