Overview

I've always been very focused on self improvement, fitness and nutrition.  So much so, that while working as a Director at a large financial corporation, I decided to get certified as a Professional Life Coach and Personal Trainer.  I began coaching people before and after my "day job" and after seeing how powerful coaching techniques are, I decided to leave my 12 year career to become a full time Professional Coach.
