Heather has over 10 years of leadership and management experience in Corporate America. She has also owned and operated two businesses of her own. From a personal perspective, Heather has battled and overcome depression and PTSD.


 In addition to her full-time life coaching practice, she is also currently the Director of Operations at the non-profit organization, Natural Learning Research Institute. Research projects includes the study of the brain and happiness. She is working on her first book detailing her journey to self-realization and happiness.
