I am an accomplished, highly experienced workforce development manager with a number of years experience working at a senior management level within or supporting, local authorities locally, regionally and nationally. With a diverse public and private sector background, particularly in social care, I have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation. I am especially skilled in organisational development and working with senior managers to improve services. Working at a strategic level for a number of years helping to develop and improve services delivered to children and young people, I have a proven record of effectiveness when managing teams or offering strategic analysis and insight that has become highly valued by my clients.

1:1 coaching that can be delivered face to face, over the phone or through the use of Skype to bring out the full capability and confidence of individuals.
