I have experience coaching executive directors of non-profit organizations as well as individuals whose goals involve work/life balance, career changes, finding and living their purpose in life, starting small businesses, living peacefully and effortlessly among many other things.  


My experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, Professional Coach, small business owner, independent contractor, and consultant have taught me the importance of personal development, interpersonal skills, and the use of communication skills to express ourselves in the way which maximizes our potential.
