After fifteen years as the "rainmaker" for my successful law firm, I changed careers and started helping other professionals and business owners learn how to get and keep more clients and build the business structure to support them with great service.

I became a coach, and leadership and sales trainer, author and speaker.  I have had fourteen years of experience helping financial and insurance professionals, attorneys, and hundreds of business owners make more money and find more time for their families and other interests.

While some coaches help change habits, I work toward deep transformative changes in the way my clients see the world around them and see themselves in that world.

If you're not serious about making changes in your business and your life, I'm not the right coach for you.
