He has experience of various industrial domains such as Education, Healthcare, Govt. Sector, Electronics, Manufacturing and IT. He has been associated with leading Brands of India such as Birla Group, HCL, Fortis and Delhi Govt.

He works on individual transformation as a pathway to have the Organization transformation and is passionate towards helping other individuals and groups to live a life full of contentment and create expanded results in their personal and professional Life. With more than 8 years of experience in Training, Life Coaching, Anil has been successful in positively impacting many organizations and people from various walks of Life and has trained, coached people from diverse background. He has worked with personnel from senior, middle & junior management level from Indian & multinational companies as well as from private, public sector and state government.

He is also having 25 years experience with Corporate and has worked as profit centre head for IT Division of Talbros group and was managing IT projects of all the 23 Delhi Govt. Hospitals on BOOT basis.
