Experience

Though my practice has since transitioned, I began coaching in 2009 when I helped newly diagnosed food allergic families transition to an allergen safe lifestyle for those with severe life threatening food allergies. This opened my eyes to the need for coaching in additional areas and the practice has expanded to include coaching for stress managment , relationship planning, business leadership, life balance and music artists entering the entertainment field.
