Overview

Prior to becoming a life coach I was working in the insurance industry being stretched in a multitude of directions.  I was overwhelmed with stress.  I had a small child and work was getting the best of me. I got to a point in my life where I found myself wondering is this all there is?  Life was happening to me, rather than ME... stepping into my power and CREATING my life.  Through coaching I became aware of where and how I was giving up my power. Through my own transition I have discovered the abundance of life!  I receive so much joy in coaching others to create their breakthroughs to success.
