I experienced several sessions of Life Coach services from Carol Ann.
When we first began our sessions I thought I was clear in what I wanted in terms of career goals.
It was soon revealed how vague I was about articulating what I wanted. Carol Ann's approach is gentle yet firm, and she is a good listener. Her questions encouraged me to get clarity and become more focused.
The tools Carol Ann provides helped me to address some relationship issues and allowed me to view situations from a different perspective.
I always felt that Carol Ann was very present during our sessions and kept to the issue at hand even if I tended to get distracted. I had to get honest with myself. Every session was enlightening.
Thanks Carol Ann - You are a valuable resource for me.
