Grace Hayden has worked in human resources and is an experienced leadership development and HR consultant. As an executive coach, instructor, and career management specialist, she is trained in various assessment instruments used for HR consulting and executive coaching. She has a wide range of skills that help her lead a talent development initiative from inception to successful execution.

I am always keen to have an exploratory conversation with clients to understand their specific need in more detail and also explore the best way I can be of help to them.I help clients consider how they can best structure, manage, and assess a small top talent cadre; and identify that top talent; determine how they can coordinate the selection process.  I have the skills to offer clients external insight into how they can best cultivate their top talent against the changing global landscape. I use my experience and expertise to work with clients in developing a talent management strategy, designing a talent review process, assessing talent, and equipping them with appropriate tools for succession planning.
