Grace Hayden has earned reputation in the field of talent management and HR, coaching senior executives and helping them build leadership capabilities. She worked as an organizational Development Consultant with Chevron, from February 1989 to April 2003. After leaving Chevron, she has been actively involved in executive coaching.
