The Packge Incluides:

Nine 50 minutes sessions offered in person or via phone or Skype

Includes all assessments and menroing/coaching activities assigned in between sessions (typically amounting to about 2 hours)

Includes Adrian's time to review the assessments and homework activities in between sessions

Includes email and phone follow-up in between sessions for additional support and effectiveness

Most clients use 9 sessions over a period of three months but you can choose to extend your sessions over whatever period of time you need
