The one session life coaching package is ideal to begin our coaching relationship – giving you the opportunity to have one-on-one with your coach. While this session lays the foundation for a long-term relationship with your coach, this helps both of you draw up a road map for your new life, defining goals and actions for you to follow.

•One session coaching package is of 45-minute duration.
