•The package comprises 12 sessions of 45 minutes duration each, with one session per week.  If you want to accelerate the process to finding the new YOU, we can schedule 2 coaching sessions per week.

•You will have fun homework to do at the end of each session to help you stay on track.

•I offer unlimited email support for the entire period of 3 months.
